Please let me know if you have any issues. Due to the nature of a handmade independent business, I cannot accept returns.
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

If an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, you must directly notify us within the first 7 days after receiving the item and must return within 14 days of receiving it.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
